Salt Caves Booking and Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT
To Secure your booking we require a $50 deposit for all Massage and Beauty Therapy treatments. Your deposit will be deducted from the total price upon payment.
*If booking with a Gift Voucher please refer to cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION NOTICE
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. Failure to provide us with notification or not arriving for your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.
Please note our cancellation policy also applies to Gift Voucher Bookings. Failure to provide us with 24 hours notification or not arriving for your appointment will result in a 50% deduction of the gift voucher. Group bookings of three persons or more, require a 75% deposit payment up front. Cancellation on the day of treatment or moving to another day, will result in forfeit of complete deposit.
ARRIVAL TIME
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a client card. A courtesy call would be appreciated if you are running late. Unfortunately late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates purchased from Salt Caves Mooloolaba have the following conditions:
- Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from date of purchase
- Gift certificates are only valid upon presentation of the original one issued
- Salt Caves Mooloolaba is not responsible should the Gift Certificate be misplaced or stolen
- Restrictions may apply to Saturday bookings with Gift Vouchers based on season and availability
